I had an APPOINTMENT for 10am. When I came to pick up my truck at 5pm it hadn't even been touched!!! I had an APPOINTMENT for 10am. When I came to pick up my truck at 5pm it hadn't even been touched!!! Not a single person had looked at it since it was moved from the check in area to where ever it is that you take them from there. Not a single solitary mechanic person touched or looked at my truck that I had an APPOINTMENT for!!!! What is the point of making appointments for vehicles if your people aren't even going to touch them. I literally wasted an entire day off without my truck when I could have been getting my errands done. I was told that too many appointments were made that day, that they were over booked. I was also told that the over booking of service appointments was done at the direction of management, the thinking being that the more service appointments the more $$$ they can make and the better their service numbers will look. Well I can tell you right now, that me wasting a day when my truck wasn't even LOOKED AT only made me extremely mad and I will NOT be bringing my truck back. I had it repaired else where. So really all you did was loose $$ and I am sure I was not the only vehicle that sat all day with nothing done to it. (as I was told that i was the 3rd person that day that didn't get their vehicle looked at) Don't make appointments that you can't accommodate!!!

My go to dealership. Service advisor Dan is always informative, easy to reach and friendly. My car is completed when stated and calls are made if something causes delays. We travel a lot and always try to make sure when we need service we are in the Chico area. cashier is always friendly and helpful. I have never had to return to have the mechanic do something over or for something missed.

I get my 2016 Chevy Pickup serviced at Wittmeier Chevy and they always do a Great Job!! It's nice too because they have a punch card and when it's full you get a free oil change!!!! Love It!!!!!!

Back in March, we spot a 2018 Chevy Bolt for a great price on their lot, it needed recall service though (new battery) so we go ahead and have them hold it for us and we will wait for the recall (it really was a good price) So we wait a month. Still no word, we call, sadly the salesman who originally helped us no longer worked there so they got us in touch with someone else. Friendly enough but rarely has phone calls actually returned when inquiring about the Bolt. This goes on for months, occasionally actually going in to see what’s up, no new answers “still waiting for a battery” Finally in late August we get a call, “We have just gotten in a orange Bolt, still no word on the blue one”. Cool we will take it, was told they’d call us back when it got back from detail. No one called. We call them on it a week later, turns out it’s previous owners were moving out of state and needed it for another week or two. Ok no biggie, keep us posted. No one did Another couple weeks pass, we call them again. They not only got the orange Bolt but sold it to someone else. Thanks for letting us know Wittmeier. Still no word on our Blue one. Fast forward to October. I get a call saying there’s a couple Bolts coming in but our Blue one was sent to auction a few months ago. xxx???!!! I hang up I call a couple days later. The bolts they got in were quickly sold, no one called us and now they are trying to get us in there to look at a car we don’t want. So yeah, Wittmeier led us on for several months then lied to us about the Blue Bolt we had waited several months for. Keep in mind we have a perfectly good 2018 Chevy Cruze with low miles we were wanting to trade in. But I think after this we are gonna go somewhere else as these guys have not been helpful in the least. Thanks for wasting months of our time Wittmeier Chevrolet.

I started my purchase of my Corvette February 21' with Valentine Hernandez, Valentine kept updating me through July 21' when the 21' Corvette we built disappeared. Valentine and I then built a 22' 3LT Z51 convertible Corvette and Valentine updated me regularly up to when the Corvette was in transit and when it arrived. When I looked at the Corvette, Ian and the Sales Manager and I inspected it and then we took care of the paperwork and my paying for it on a Monday and I picked it up the next day, Ian, Valentine, the Sales Manager and Jessica went over the operation and features, Jessica helped me set up SIRI and OnStar. Other than the waiting and the disappearing 21' Corvette, which I believe were GM's issues and the COVID-19 issues, I've been very pleased with my experience with Wittmeier Dealership. Through all the ups and downs due to COVID-19 issues, Wittmeier Chevrolet kept me informed of the progress of building and shipping my Corvette.
